#0 - Create Project

In this issue we will create the very first part of a walking skeleton which is to:

• create Jmix project
• create git repository locally
• introduce shortcut-viewer (KeyCastr) so that you can see what I press
• create GitHub project via "gh" CLI (https://cli.github.com/)
• push the initial commit to GitHub via CLI
